It’s time to make the greatest investment… in yourself

Whether we work together for a while, or simply meet for a brief period, I personally believe therapy is always a good investment. When we commit to make our own personal healing and growth, we change both our own lives and generations to come. In a way we are investing in so much more than ourselves. If you’re ready to take that next step, below you’ll find information on my rates and what that investment looks like.

Rates

  • Initial/Intake Session: $200

  • Individual Session: $150

  • Couple’s/Family Session: $150

  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: full session fee

  • Letters/Form Completion: $100/hr (charged in 15 minute increments)

*Please provide at least one week’s notice for letter/paperwork requests. Requests will be discussed and decided on a case by case basis for current/past clients only.

I am currently an in-network provider with

  • Aetna

  • Husky

Payment

Payment is due at time of service. It is my practice to keep a credit card on file for all active clients for this purpose. I also accept Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) as payment. For some insurances, processing may reflect an adjustment which will be processed upon receipt of insurance adjusted claim.

Out of Network/Superbills

For those with insurance not listed above, or who wish not to use their insurance, I do offer superbills (a receipt with information needed by insurance to process a claim) to be submitted for out of network (OON) benefits. OON benefits vary greatly by plan, so I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients check their OON benefits as well as submit claims for reimbursement. You can check your benefits below:

No Surprises Act

The No Surprises Act, aimed at protecting consumers from excessive medical bills, has gone into effect on January 1st, 2022. As an out of network provider for many plans, I am required to notify you of my fees before our appointments and provide referrals to in-network providers if needed. For further information on the No Surprises Act, including the required notification, please refer to this Disclosure Notice.
